About Firefly Personal Coaching

Tiffanie Reid, Owner and Coach

Tiffanie Reid is a Life and Executive Function Coach who works with teens and adults to identify areas in their home, work and school life where they can build on their strengths to improve in areas where they are feeling held back.  She aims to assist her clients in educating themselves on the way in which executive function strengths and weaknesses can impact our day to day lives and encourages researched based strategies for new habits.  She guides her clients through a practice of self examination with an aim to achieve more self acceptance and self love. Tiffanie believes that who we are cannot be defined as a collection of deficits and feels right at home working with people who are identified as ADHD and/or Autistic.  Being ADHD herself, she knows how hard it can be to fulfill the expectations society has for us and believes strongly that we all have gifts.

Tiffanie has worked in many fields over her adult life (ummm.. Hello ADHD).  This includes working with adults with Developmental Disabilities, working with adults who have Chronic Mental Health issues, Fitness Trainer, Teacher and Union Organizer.  These varied experiences give her the ability to relate with just about anyone she meets.  She aims to be adamantly anti racist, LGBTQ+ affirming and Neurodivergence accepting in her coaching practice and daily life.
